DAMAGE WAIVER
- I AM REQUESTING THE MOVING OF MY APPLIANCE, AND UNDERSTAND THAT APPLIANCE WORKS OR ITS EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DONE TO FLOORS, WALLS, ETC.
LIMITED WARRANTY
- Parts purchased and installed by SUAR carry a 90 day warranty unless stated otherwise and a labor warranty of 30 days. (excluding freon)
- Labor only invoices are warranted for 30 days. (excluding freon)
- On nonresidential use the warranty is 30 days on both parts and labor.
- SUAR reserves the option to void warranty and refund full job charge.
- Warranty voided if (1) Appliance moved from premise of original repair; (2) Serviced or tested by person or company not authorized in writing by SUAR; (3) Invoiced charges not paid in full.
SERVICE CHARGES DURING WARRANTY PERIOD
- Regular service call rates will be charged after 30 days from original service date. Warranty service calls will be scheduled between the hours 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Any and all credit cards/phone sales are non-refundable. Exchange only.
- Consequential damages, incidental expense, including water damages and food spoilage are not covered. Warranty is not transferable. No other warranty is expressed or implied other than what is written above.
ALL CHARGES ARE DUE UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE. SERVICE CALLS AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF $30.00 FOR ALL BAD CHECKS AND CREDIT CARDS.
